A central hospital in an undeveloped country decided to purchase and employ Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to successfully deliver life-sustaining medical supplies to a remote, denied environment where vehicle or foot traffic is impossible or impractical. Your mission is to design an aircraft that is able to perform several tasks such as long-range delivery of vaccine containers to the local health care centers, and medical drugs to the individuals suffering from emergency health issues. However, location of those who are in an emergency situation are not available. Thus, you also need to locate the patient and report his/her coordinates to the ground station so that the patient can be rescued by the rescue team. Medical drugs will save time and life until the rescue team arrives to the location of the patient. To imitate these two medical supply delivery missions, the VTOL aircraft should demonstrate these missions with different payload weights that are attached to the end of a 1-meter long rope. You should always remember that faster delivery of more medical supplies is always appreciated by the user.
